Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

All purchases made through Blackroom Alpha are for digital subscription services and are generally non-refundable. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you're purchasing immediate access to digital content and waive any standard cooling-off period, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Monthly Memberships

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Whop dashboard. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period. We don't issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

3. Lifetime Memberships

Lifetime membership purchases are final. As a one-time payment granting permanent access, no refunds will be issued after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were charged in error or received a duplicate charge
  • A technical issue prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period that our support team couldn't resolve
  • The laws in your country prohibit the sale of this type of service

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

5. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in your membership being terminated and a permanent ban from Blackroom Alpha. We're happy to resolve billing issues directly, so please reach out before escalating.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use our service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
